1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver all across India.
For international orders, please email us at 📧 info@gynopons.com for availability and shipping rates.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

3. Estimated Shipping Time

• Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days

• Remote/Outlying Areas: Up to 10 business days

• International Shipping: Varies by location and customs processing time

4. Shipping Charges

• FREE shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India)

• Orders below ₹999: Shipping charges of ₹49–₹99, based on your location and package weight

• COD (Cash-on-Delivery) charges may apply, if the option is available in your area

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
Track your shipment in real-time using our courier partner’s tracking page.

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something went wrong, here’s how we’ll make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• You received the wrong product

• The item was damaged in transit

• There is a genuine quality issue (supported with valid proof)

🔒 Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Opened or used products

• Items without original packaging

• Products bought on clearance or promotional sales

• Perishable items (if any)

3. How to Request a Return

• Your Order ID

• Reason for return

• Clear photographs (in case of damage or defect)

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item to our warehouse.

4. Who Pays Return Shipping?

• If the issue is on our end (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover return shipping

• For all other reasons, return shipping charges are borne by the customer
