Non-refundable: Completed consultations (online, telephonic, or in-person) are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund.
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
✅ Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
✅ Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
✅ Damaged-in-transit or incorrect items qualify for a full refund or free replacement
🚫 Refunds will not be provided for opened or used items unless there’s a genuine defect (with supporting proof).
If you purchased a multi-session package:
Partial refunds may be issued only if cancelled before the second session
No refunds once multiple sessions have been used
Any refund issued will be subject to deduction of admin or processing charges

If your return qualifies for a replacement, the new product will be shipped within 5–10 business days of approval.
