💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gynopons, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality products and services rooted in wellness and care. Please review our refund policy to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.


1. Consultation Services

Non-refundable: Completed consultations (online, telephonic, or in-person) are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund.


2. Products (Herbal Remedies, Supplements, etc.)

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
✅ Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
✅ Damaged-in-transit or incorrect items qualify for a full refund or free replacement

🚫 Refunds will not be provided for opened or used items unless there’s a genuine defect (with supporting proof).


3. Wellness Packages & Subscriptions

If you purchased a multi-session package:

  • Partial refunds may be issued only if cancelled before the second session

  • No refunds once multiple sessions have been used

  • Any refund issued will be subject to deduction of admin or processing charges

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return/refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital/downloadable content

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

  • Services already delivered

  • Customized or made-to-order products


7. Replacements

If your return qualifies for a replacement, the new product will be shipped within 5–10 business days of approval.
